Stopped for a late night bite on a Thursday night. There is street parking available & a small parking lot that holds 5 spots.
We ordered the following:
-Cali Burrito Pastor (4/5)
-Quesadilla Pastor (5/5)
-Big Crispy Taco (3, Pastor, Cabeza, Carnitas)
*all were equally as good*
Hands down the best taco truck in the East Bay for sure!
Highly recommended. Their chipotle salsa is the absolute best. Orange creamy & deliciousness!
Definitely give this place a try. -

Cheap, delicious tacos! They offer 3 tacos for $6 that can be dressed up with their salsa bar. I had the brisket, lengua, and al pastor; all of which were good but not mind-blowing. However, being a broke college student, this place gets 50 points for having some serious bang for your buck.
The salsa bar allows you to put as much onions, salsa, cilantro and sauces as you'd like. I'm also a big fan of their orange sauce. Personally, I prefer Spartan Taco's version over La Vic's; It's creamier and not as salty or acidic.
Overall, if you haven't tried this place, what are you waiting for? -

Definitely a great late night/after drinking spot for food. The guys that work there are always super friendly and full of energy. Weekends can get crazy busy so you might have to wait a while for your food. The topping/salsa bar is self serve and always stocked.
For me, I love the crispy tacos with al pastor, asada, or carnitas... or the combo of the three :D
Parking can be a bit difficult though due to limited street parking, but the last weekend that I went, I saw that the lot to their actual restaurant across the street was open, so we parked there and walked across. -

You can't go wrong with this place for a late night taco craving or drunchies! The wait can be a bit long and it's cash only but the tacos are definitely worth the wait! There is also a small salsa station and if you're taking your food to go, you can ask for cups. If you're planning to eat there, there is tented seating too.

Wait time and food poison ain't the deal. Don't go here if you wanna be sick. It's just not worth it college kids, go invest in some good quality groceries
